UI for Easy Add / Remove Tags for Multiple Selected Actions
UI Buttons for Easier way of Adding or Removing Tags to and from Multiple Selected Actions, It will most likely be an Operator to add and remove Tags from and To Multiple Actions
In Addition to that, I will explore to see if I can add a UI Element to make the process of adding tags easier.
Tags & Filter System in Action Bin
I will bring the Tag & Filter System into Action Bin
Export Selected Actions to Multiple / Single FBX or GLTF
I will be adding a feature for exporting multiple actions to multiple file or single file of FBX or GLTF
Name Properties in Actions for Exports
Actions will be able to store their own export name to use when export so that it will make exporting process more easier
Filtering By Icons
Add the ability to Filter Actions based on the icon set in the actions.
Utility operator to Assign Icons to Multiple Actions
Add the ability to easily assign Icons to multiple actions, either by name, or by tags.
Export Action as Blend File with Fake User on by Default
Export Actions as Blend File will have Fake User on By Default
Batch Render Preview Clip
Shift Click Preview Clip to Change the Preview Clip, also adds Tools to Help for Batch Render Preview Clip and Assign to the Actions
Delete Selected Actions
Just a Simple Operator to Delete Selected Actions
Merge Load Action with Load Action Duplicate
Merge the two operator to Reduce Complexity

Allow the Use of External Video Player for Clip Preview
- Some people prefer to use External Video Player to Preview the Clips
Set Custom Icon in the Icon Button
- Set Custom Icon by User for the Icon Button instead of just the Builtin Icons
Folders in Action List
- While I still not entirely sure it can be done, I will attempt to implement this feature due to many request, however, I do not promise if I can add this feature.
Explore on Retargeting Support
- I am considering to add Retargeting Support in Action Commander, however the details are not out yet, and this is currently low priority, it might not be in the next release.
Establishing a Proper Release Cycle
I'm planning to establish a release cycle for Action Commander so that it will be faster updated for newer version of Blender and make the release cycle more predictable
The details are not ready yet, but hopefully, everything can be establish in future
Action Commander LTS
- I am planning to establish LTS Version of Action Commander & Other Add-on so that the users can have more confidence in Using our Add-ons
- The details are not ready yet, I will need some time to have everything Ready
Possibilities of Selling the Addon as "Seats" for Studios
- I am considering the idea of selling our addon as seats for studio.
- This is not the final decision, depending on the situation, we might not do this.
